Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

What A View has 5 Master Suites, 2 Bunkrooms, 8.5 Baths. Theater, Game/Family Room, Family Den What-A-View offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation destination. 5 Master suites with en-suite bathrooms including walk-in glass showers and whirlpool tubs. Kitchen with new stainless appliances including 2 refrigerators with ice makers. Theater with 17 theater seats, 110" screen, surround sound, Blu-Ray DVD player and Direct TV package. Game room with pool table, stand-up video game system and electronic shuffle board. The game room connects to a large family room for total entertainment. An overflow bathroom with tub/shower combination is a plus for use by the folks sleeping on the 2 pull-out sofabeds in the family room. 2 additional sleeper sofas are located in the main den on the main floor.

Parking for 4-5 cars with overflow parking lot for 12 directly across the street. Beautiful mountain view from all 5 decks. Kitchen with granite counter-tops and brand new stainless appliances (not shown in pictures) connects to a large den and deck with gas grill. Granite dining table that seats 16, 7 barstools and an overflow table with 6 chairs. Main den connects to the kitchen making a great room for all to enjoy. It has 2 pull-out sleeper sofabeds and a half bath in the hallway for convenience. We are available by phone, text or email anytime

  What a View is the perfect name! We loved having coffee on the porches each morning overlooking the beautiful hills. The rooms were spacious, and each room had a bathroom. There were no blankets for the pull outs, but after letting them know, we had several blankets delivered for the next night. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The porches/decks probably need to be refinished soon. Our family loved this place and the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

  Our family of 8 adults & 9 children between 3-14 had a fantastic time at What A View. The layout of the cabin on 3 levels gave everyone space and if needed privacy.
  The property had the normal wear and tear of a rental versus a private residence, but everything functioned well and we were very pleased at the end of the trip.
  
  We were active every day and the kids loved Dollywood, Goats on the Roof coaster, Big Bear river rafting (awesome), even did Old Time Gals photos. Paula Deen’s lumberjack show was good, her restaurant wasn’t.
  
  The only issue was that the rental was not ready at checkin time. This is not a criticism of the owners, but of the irresponsible previous renters who left it a total mess & caused the delay. Some people just don’t get it.

  We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable & game room was nice. The following should be addressed by maintenance, but are definitely NOT deal breakers to staying again: lights on lower deck did not work, some of the jets in hot tub did not work and also the jets in the king bathroom on the top floor did not work. Nothing major, just some things to check out.

  The location of our cabin was amazing. The views from the decks were phenomenal. Overall our stay was great.
  There were some areas in the kitchen and bathrooms that could have been cleaner and some things like faucets that could have been repaired.
  The manager of the property reached out to us on the first day to see how we liked the property and we mentioned a few things that were dirty. They said they would come and take care of it, but none of us wanted our vacation interrupted with cleaning people because overall the accommodations were acceptable.

  We rented this cabin for a long weekend in which all our family could get together in one place. There was more than enough room for the 15 adults, 5 young kids and 3 babies, as well as our vehicles (which was 7 total! Some had to park in overflow, which was a short but steep walk across the street). The house layout worked very well for us; we especially appreciated that every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. We could hardly tear the kids away from the game room and theater room. And no matter which of the three deck levels we were on, the views stayed true to the cabin’s name. Communication with Property Management was easy and replies were prompt.
  We did have a couple complaints, but that’s to be expected with a group our size. We were disappointed with the resort pool. The murky water reeked of chemicals, and the pool’s location seemed cutoff from any cooling air flow for those lounging on the deck. (Obviously, we know that’s not the fault of the cabin we stayed in but it is worth mentioning). A few people found the beds uncomfortable, and one of the mattresses in the top bunk room was damaged. We also had issues with half of the jets in the hot tub not working. Maintenance came by to look at it but was unable to fix it during our stay. The house itself could probably use some minor maintenance as well; all in all, it made a great setting for a memorable family gathering. Everyone left happy. We would recommend this cabin to others and gladly stay in it again on our next trip to the Smokies.

  Overall, my stay at "What A View" exceeded my expectations. My family and I planned this trip nearly a year before our arrival. The cabin looked good online, but even better in person. There was so much space for all 23 of us. There were no major concerns or issues. It was higher up in the woods than my family expected, but they got used to it.   We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren.(22 of us) The house was everything we hoped for.We spent a week there. The view was fantastic. The property was well maintained. The location was great for activities we wanted to do: hiking, nature views, whitewater rafting. We could also relax in peace and quiet and never heard noise from neighbors. The pool was appreciated as well. The house was cozy and comfortable. We found it fit the mountain style and while it was well designed and decorated we didn't have to worry that the kids would have to be too careful not to damage anything. The host was very responsive in trying to correct a small problem. Overall I would recommend this to anyone!!!. Thanks for providing a place like this for families like ours who like to do things ❤

  We rent a cabin several times a year and this is by far one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in! It was clean, well kept, and inviting. Many times the furniture is very worn but it was all in great shape. The location is close to everything but on top of the mountain with amazing views. They even emailed us and said the cabin was ready early so we could check in a few hours before the standard time if we wanted to. We will definitely stay here again!
